A dry, fresh wine with white flower aromas. Very drinkable, the ideal accompaniment to seafood dishes, pâtés/terrines, cold meats, raclette (cheese, potatoes, gherkins and onion dish), ‘tartiflette’ (savoury pie) or sushi.

This supple wine is also fresh, delicate and full-bodied on the palate. May be eaten with a wide range of dishes. Rather than overpowering its wine-food matches, it complements them delightfully.

Vin sec, racé, d'un bouquet d'une belle finesse, alliant fleurs blanches, fruits jaunes, agrumes; en bouche il garde une belle fraîcheur avec une acidité longue et fine et parfois une belle minéralité. C'est un vin de gastronomie par excellence; avec les poissons, les crustacés, les viandes blanches et quelques spécialités alsaciennes. Le Riesling est un cépage qui a un très beau potentiel de garde.

Dry wine with characteristically fruity notes that gives one the impression of literally biting into a ripe grape. Very aromatic, ideally-suited as an apéritif, excellent accompaniment to asparagus, trout or smoked salmon.

Round, rich and well-structured mouthfeel, with an opulent, velvety character. Sous-bois, smoke and quince notes. Perfect with fish in sauce dishes,  white meat, poultry, savoury pies, offal and certain kinds of game. A few years’ cellaring will deliver a beautifully harmonious wine.

A powerful wine that develops spicy, exotic fruit (mango, lychee),and floral (roses) notes. This is Alsace’s most aromatic wine. Ideal for an apéritif,  with  strong cheese, spicy dishes and some desserts. May be kept several years.
