Nos Magnums

The Fruehmess, terroir of Itterswiller with pink sandstone soil and facing south, is an exceptional terroir for the Riesling grape variety which expresses all its potential and all its minerality; perfect on fish, crustaceans and seafood.

Blend of 40% Auxerrois and 60% Pinot Blanc. The expressive nose is marked by a hint of "malo": caramel and roasted coffee. The original mouth is ample, progressive with a buttered finish. Intended for the table and a roasted poultry.

Made from vines over 35 years old, this powerful wine with smoky notes and undergrowth is rounder than the classic Pinot Gris. Bold, harmonious and long on the palate, it will perfectly accompany spicy dishes, offal (sweetbreads, rognon), dishes in creamy sauce, game birds or some full-bodied cheeses.

Made exclusively from Pinot Noir. Last year, he submitted to the jury a remarkable Pinot Noir. For this season, this variety provides one of the rare rosés of the tasting. And the wine is very seductive: its pale salmon colour and fine mousse give an impression of elegance: its red fruit aromas are both intense and subtle. The soft and light attack, the balanced palate, fine and persistent leave the memory of a beautiful harmony. Guide Hachette des vins 2009.
