Our reserve wines

This wine is produced from vines of an average age of 55 years old. Develops aromas of white flowers and a certain minerality as a result of its sandstone terroir. Full-bodied, dry, plenty of acidity, the ideal accompaniment to a seafood platter, grilled fish dish or sauerkraut.

This powerful wine comes from vines which are at least 35 years old. Smoky, sous-bois notes, rounder than a traditional Pinot Gris. Smooth, well-balanced, offering a nice long finish. The ideal match for spicy dishes, offal (veal sweetbread, kidneys), dishes cooked in cream-based sauces, feathered game or certain strong cheeses
