This is a classic Alsatian sparkling wine elaborate  with 100% of Pinot Blanc. Expressive nose characterised by a hint of “malo”: caramel and roasted coffee. The entry is full-bodied, gradual, with hint of a buttery finish. To be enjoyed with roast poultry dishes.

Made exclusively from the Pinot Noir variety. Last year, he submitted to the jury a Pinot Noir that was remarkable. For this edition, this variety provides one of the rare rosés of the tasting. And the wine is very seductive: its pale salmon colour and fine mousse give an impression of elegance: its red fruit aromas are both intense and subtle. The soft and light attack, the balanced, fine and persistent palate leave the memory of a beautiful harmony.
